ἰσχύοντες λέγονται ἀστέρες οἱ ἐπὶ τῶν ἐπικαίρων τῆς γενέσεως τόπων τύχοντες· τουτέστι ἐπίκεντροι· καὶ οἱ ἐπὶ φάσεως καὶ οἱ ἐπίκληροι καὶ οἱ ἐν ταῖς συνόδοις ἀκριβῶς ὄντες
