bišnat̲-môt̲ hammelek̲ ʿuzziyyāhû wāʾerʾeh ʾet̲-ʾăd̲ōnāi yōšēb̲ ʿal-kissēʾ rām wəniśśāʾ wəšûlāyw məlēʾîm ʾet̲-hahêk̲āl.
