‘The Sun, the Moon, Jupiter, the Ascendant in Aries; Saturn, Venus in Aquarius, Mars in Gemini, Mercury in Pisces. The one with such a nativity was hegemonic, tyrannical: for the rulers of the triangle were found to be at cardinal points, and in the Ascendant, and the lot and the Daimōn and the Foundation and the Exaltation came out in the same place. The ruler of these, Mars, coming out not in aspect to the place, caused adversity and exile and violent death: for it was also ruler of the conjunction.’
