τὸν δὲ ὡρονόμον ὡροσκόπον προσδεῖ δι’ ὅλην τὴν [ἀν]αλογίαν ἐκ τοῦ ἀναφορικοῦ πρὸς κλεψύδραν· ἐκπείπτει ἐν Καρκίνωι περὶ μοιρῶν κεʹ.

‘It is also necessary (to calculate) the hour apportioning Ascendant from the (table) of rising times in complete proportion by water clock: the result is in Cancer, about 25 degrees.’
