Εἰσὶ μέντοι τόποι τινὲς ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, ὅπου συμβαίνει τὸν μὲν παρ’ ἡμῖν πόλον τὸν ἀεὶ φανερὸν ἐκείνοις ἀόρατον εἶναι, τὸν δὲ παρ’ ἡμῖν ἀόρατον ἐκείνοις φανερὸν εἶναι.
