इदं हि सस्थावरजङ्गमाख्यं जगद्रवीन्द्वात्मकमाहुराद्याः । तस्योद्भवश्चापचयश्च दृष्टो भमण्डले तेन तदात्मकं तत् ॥२८॥

idaṃ hi sasthāvarajaṅgamākhyaṃ jagadravīndvātmakamāhurādyāḥ | tasyodbhavaścāpacayaśca dṛṣṭo bhamaṇḍale tena tadātmakaṃ tat ||28||

‘The authorities stated that this world of both the immovable and the movable, made up of the Sun and the Moon. Their birth and decay are through the cycle of the zodiac signs. Through that zodiac wheel the movable, and immovable alike are formed by the Sun and the Moon’
