लग्नाद्गृहं सप्तममस्तगं तु जामित्रसंज्ञं यवनाभिधानम् । विलग्नभावात्तु नभस्तलस्थं मेषूरणाख्यं दशमं वदन्ति ॥४९॥

lagnādgṛhaṃ saptamamastagaṃ tu jāmitrasaṃjñaṃ yavanābhidhānam | vilagnabhāvāttu nabhastalasthaṃ meṣūraṇākhyaṃ daśamaṃ vadanti ||49||

‘The seventh astrological mansion from the lagna, situated in the descendent, it is called jāmitra in Yavanas vocabulary. The tenth zodiac sign from the house of the lagna, situated in the lower part of heaven (10th house), they say it is called meṣūraṇa’
