‘(36) The length of daylight for the 28th of month XII is 6 beru. You deduct 3,0 (UŠ i.e.) 6 bēru, from 4,30 (UŠ , i.e.) 9 bēru , (37) 1,30 (UŠ) until sunrise remains. You deduct 1,30 (UŠ) from 6,0 (UŠ, i.e.) 12 bēru, 4,30 is the remainder (38) for day 28. You put down 4,30 (UŠ) as the time (from New Moon) to sunrise in order to predict KUR.’
